We recently concluded that it was time for a little sprucing up and spring cleaning on our website. Our goal was to create the perfect customer experience for those searching for AV, automation, and control system technology. The 4TEC team came together to develop a web store for our clients that would be easy to navigate, modern, and most importantly, reliable.
New Features
Besides a completely modified layout, we’ve updated and organized our inventory. You can now browse by brand or category. If you still have trouble finding what you’re looking for our search bar is available at the top of the category sidebar and at the upper right hand corner of the page. Simply select the magnifying lense icon and type in your keyword or part ID.
A live chat has newly been implemented to help assist you with any information about our site and products. Whether you are hunting for a specific part, need a quote, or have any questions, 4TEC is there to help you with instant customer support during business hours. Whenever you have something to ask, a message box is conveniently located at the bottom right corner of your screen for easy access to our customer support.
We now offer programming and installation services through our sister company, 4TEC Integration, for customized commercial projects. For more information, hover your mouse over the “SERVICES” text in the main menu and select either service option in the drop down menu.
Your wishlist and shopping cart, along with our current promotions and news, are easily accessible through the topmost bar of our newly updated site.
